SERDP and ESTCP have launched a webinar series to promote the transfer of innovative and sustainable solutions developed through its projects. These webinars will provide cutting edge and practical information that is easily accessible at no cost. This webinar will discuss (1) concepts and forces important in burial, initiation of motion, and continued motion of underwater munitions and (2) in situ measurements of munitions mobility.

SERDP and ESTCP Exhibit at Battelle's Third International Symposium on Bioremediation and Sustainable Environmental Technologies

Miami, Florida

This symposium will present information on advances in bioremediation and the incorporation of green and sustainable practices in remediation. Technologies and implementation practices will be examined in a series of technology-focused sessions. The development and use of advanced tools for assessing and monitoring bioremediation and natural attenuation, as well as the challenges of applying bioremediation at various types of complex sites and under extreme climatic conditions, will be considered. Other sessions will address biodegradation of emerging contaminants and biofuels and the evaluation and mitigation of vapor intrusion.
